Have an idea for a conference or need some help getting one started?  The process for initiating a contract with Outreach is very simple and straightforward.  Please note that conference services provided by Outreach are generally based on a fee schedule, designated as 20% of the registration fee.

To set up conference services through Outreach:

  1. Obtain permission from the department head
  2. Meet with Program Coordinator and discuss logistics, develop course approval and budget
  3. Department Head and faculty representative both sign the approval and budget

Then, let Outreach start making your life easier!

Outreach conference services can be inclusive, or al la carte.  Some of the services are listed below:

  • Venue negotiations, selection and management
  • Speaker/instructor coordination and negotiations
  • Registration management (including marketplace/touchnet services)
  • Coordination of exhibitors
  • Full service marketing
  • Event website design and hosting
  • Management of printed materials
  • Transportation coordination
  • Guest accomodations
  • Attendee evaluations
  • Administration of continuing education credits
  • contingency planning for emergencies/weather
  • email database administration
  • promotion
  • waiver administration
  • financial management, including budgeting & invoicing
  • timely management of issues
