CAS Undergraduate 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition Entry Form

The College of Arts and Sciences Student Council would like to invite you to be a contestant in this year’s  undergraduate 3MT competition on April 14th at 6pm in the Student Union Theatre. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, April 4th at 11:59 p.m. No late submissions will be accepted. 

Guidelines:

• You  MUST  be an undergraduate major or minor in the College of Arts and Sciences and present over your own research.
• You must completely fill out this form.
• Contestants will be notified by email of selection by thursday, April 6th, and will be provided additional information regarding final video submissions.

Competition Information:

• Over $3,000 in scholarship prizes will be given with the following awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, People’s Choice Award, and Warner Family HB Thinking Outside the Box Awards
• Participants will be judged on: Comprehension/Ease of Understanding, Engagement/Expressiveness, and Communication/Clarity
• Warner Family HB Thinking Outside the Box criteria: Creativity, Ingenuity, and Perseverance
