Professional Development Online (CASPDO) Proposal Form

Professional development proposals may be submitted at any time, however, instructors should submit a request 6 to 8 months prior to the intended "go live" date.

Please check with your department head prior to submitting a proposal.

Please attach a rough draft that includes:

  • Brief course description
  • Course outline
  • List of learning objectives
  • List of planned course activities (such as quizzes, surveys, discussion boards and readings)

Following submission, the proposal will be reviewed. If approved, it will be forwarded to the department head and the Director of Outreach for approval.
