Face-to-face and hybrid on-campus courses, also known as supplemental courses, are offered through Outreach. 

Steps for setting up a supplemental course:

  • Identify a course and curriculum
  • Contact your department head for approval
  • Choose an appropriate length, day and time (see FAQ for more information regarding supplemental time restrictions and instructional minutes)
  • Contact Angie Kelly to set up a budget and process a course approval form

Supplemental course approvals should be initiated and approved well before the opening of enrollment (April for Spring, October for Fall).

Once a supplemental course approval has been processed, the Outreach Office will assist with promotional support and marketing.
