Sharon is responsible for leading/co-leading the development and implementation of strategic, proactive and capacity-building activities designed to facilitate individual faculty members and teams of researchers in attracting extramural research funding, creating research networks and alliances, increasing recognition for faculty research activities, and implementing related best practices for increasing research excellence.
